Sally Mundy has practiced as a freelance photographer based in Bristol since graduating in Graphic Design and Photography at Bath Spa University. Sally's images capture the fragility of flowers before dissolution, by freezing them. Once preserved in ice, Sally then photographs them to explore the ephemeral nature of the flowers themselves. As the ice melts and the flowers eventually die, the resulting images are an intriguing 'moment in time' in the life of the flower, and a visual reference to the process of preservation. Sally has exhibited widely in Bristol and Bath, and her work has featured in several publications.
